Your data is encrypted in transit, protected while it travels to us, and at rest through our hosting provider's infrastructure. Your password is hashed and unreadable to everyone, including us.
One tap deletion
Want to leave? Go to your Profile and tap Delete Account. Your personal data is removed within 30 days.

Rhythms has been designed with the Australian Privacy Act, UK GDPR, EU GDPR, and Washington State health data law in mind. We aim to meet the highest standards of data protection for our users worldwide.

Common Questions

Only if you turn them on. AI Cycle Reflections are off by default, and we never send your data to our AI provider without your explicit opt-in. When you opt in, your recent journal entries, energy logs, and cycle data are sent to Anthropic to generate that writing for you. It is never used for advertising or to train their models, and you can opt out anytime in Profile > AI settings.

All your personal data, including cycle dates, energy logs, period history, and account details, is permanently deleted within 30 days. Anonymised, aggregate data that can never be linked back to you may be retained to help us understand trends and improve Rhythms.

No. We don't sell user data. Your information is not shared with advertisers, data brokers, or any third party for commercial purposes.

Your email address, name, age group, cycle dates, period length, cycle length, energy logs, journal entries, any symptoms you log, and basic usage data like which features you use.
