Want to leave? Go to Settings and tap Delete Account. Your personal data is removed within 30 days. No emails, no forms, no friction.

All your personal data, including cycle dates, energy logs, period history, and account details, is permanently deleted within 30 days. Anonymised, aggregate data that can never be linked back to you may be retained to help us understand trends and improve Rhythms.

No. We don't sell user data. Your information is not shared with advertisers, data brokers, or any third party for commercial purposes.

Your email address, cycle dates, period length, cycle length, age group, energy logs, and basic usage data like which features you use. We do not collect medical diagnoses, blood tests, prescriptions, or biometric data.
